Warren, Jennifer A.
Ms. Jennifer Warren is the senior director of Lockheed Martin Corporation's Government & Regulatory Affairs, where she is responsible for the management of the corporate Technology Policy portfolio, which includes corporate strategies pertaining to spectrum, privacy, cyber security, Internet resources, and communications/IT. Lockheed Martin is a lead systems integrator and information technology company, doing business in 75 nations and territories. It is also the largest provider of IT services and systems integration capabilities to the U.S. Government. In addition, she manages the corporation's overall government affairs before the US.. Government, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Organization of American States (OAS)/CITEL and other international/regional organizations.
Ms. Warren also represents Lockheed Martin’s interests as a member of numerous industry associations, including the U.S. Council for International Business (USCIB), Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), Satellite Industry Association (SIA), and National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). Finally, she is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center, where she regularly teaches a course on Global Communications Policy & Regulation.
She currently serves as an appointed member of the Department of Commerce Spectrum Management Advisory Committee, a founding board member of the U.S. ITU Association, an executive committee member of the Federal Communications Bar Association, and a board bember of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Society of Satellite Professionals International.
Ms. Warren holds a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Illinois State and D.C. Bars.
