Olga Cavalli
Olga Cavalli is an ICT and Internet specialist with large experience in project management, market research, competitive analysis, public policy and regulations. Ms. Cavalli is a member of the GNSO Council of ICANN. As an advisor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina, she is close involved with the local cctld operation which is managed by the Ministy of Foreign Affairs, she has represented Argentina in the WSIS Second Phase held in Tunis, also in the GAC of ICANN, and in several other international summits and fora. She is the coordinator of the Internet Governance Group in eLAC 2010.
Ms. Cavalii is a Professor at Universidad de Buenos Aires, at the Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires and at the Diplomacy career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Jointly with Professor Wolfgang Kleinwaechter, Ms Cavalli is organizing the first South School on Internet Governance (www.south-ssig.com.ar) to be held in Buenos Aires in March 2009.
Ms. Cavalli is an Electronic and Electric Engineer, she has completed her background with and MBA and a Masters Degree in Telecommunication Regulation. Today she is a PHD Candidate at the PHD in Business Administration program at the Universidad del CEMA, with a research focused on Internet Governance and sustainable development.
