Our community moved from Community Network era to the meaningful access relations. Biggest supporter of this community was ISOC and I remember after Guadalajara IGF meeting - discutions and plans related to the connection of the next bilion. Where are we now? what we did and did not? Existing challangeis and achivements.

Expected Outcomes
This very important community and activity have to be alive and give opportunity ti update and renovate existing situation and challenges, 6G is coming but challenge is still exist - how to deal with this and what to do for short term and long term? what is a states plans?
