Hybrid Format: We will utilize Zoom for online participation and integrate a hybrid Q&A platform that will allow both online and on-site participants to submit their questions electronically. To manage the Q&A flow, a designated facilitator will be present to give priority to online questions and ensure that they are addressed clearly for both audiences. Both groups will have access to live polls and breakout rooms. Additionally, we will provide pre-workshop resources in the form of a digital handbook that outlines the methodologies beforehand. For online participants, a dedicated technical support team will be available to troubleshoot any audio or video issues. We will also clearly outline expectations for participation, such as microphone etiquette and camera usage, for both online and on-site attendees. Lastly, we will record the workshop session and share it with all participants afterward, allowing those who couldn't attend live to access the content later.
