Alisa has been working on internet governance related issues for the Dutch government for almost two years. From that moment on she has been following and participating in the IGF, ICANN and ITU, in the challenging times of COVID-19. At a national level Alisa also engages with NLIGF and other Public Private Partnerships such as the Dutch “Forum Standaardisatie” and the initiative to promote modern internet standards: internet.nl.
Alisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and finished her master’s degree in Crisis and Security Management in 2016. She started her career at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, focusing on cybersecurity related issues. In her current position at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy she participated in the European Summer School on Internet Governance (EuroSSIG) in Meissen in 2021.
